How to build a house

"Do birds take out a mortgage when they are about to build a nest?" Arnie the rat asks his old friend Zila. Arnie's carefree youth is over - now he is married and building a house. Construction is not an easy task: developing a project, obtaining building permits, obtaining a mortgage loan… Arnie's head is already spinning, but he would know what trouble awaits him ahead! A real disaster! Let's hope, however, that he will succeed, because in fairy tales it does not happen differently!
